Audit of Financial Statements

Our audit engagements are fully compliant with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). We perform tailor-made audit procedures as per our clients' needs and in accordance with the industry in which they operate and their size .

According to the Cyprus Companies Act every private and public company in Cyprus is obliged to file a copy of their annual, audited financial statements with the Registrar of Companies. Financial statements must be audited by a qualified auditor or by an audit firm holding the appropriate practicing certificate and whose partners must also be members of an approved accountancy body. 

Our audit and assurance services include amongst others the following:
